                                                        ORLANDO SCIENCE CENTER

Several of Salko's originals were presented by the director of the Orlando Science Center in the Power Light Exhibit , using the power of light to transform the pigment of color in Salko's brilliant paintings. A new science experiment creating a bridge between art and science. This experiment ran for an entire year to the public. Below is the painting "Digital Mood" which was one of everal Salko paintings presented in the Power Light exhibit.

The only exhibiting center in the Nation located on a municipal pier extending into the Atlantic Ocean, providing for the Southern region of New Jersey including economically and culturally diverse constituents, the opportunity for cultural experience through high quality exhibitions, educational outreach and related arts programming at the Center and other locations such as schools, colleges, and including collaborations with corporate entities, museums, libraries, galleries and other arts organizations.

Hollywood actor, James Gammon, presented and hosted a one-man-show of Salko's brilliant prainting held at the exclusive "Citrus Club" in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Gammon discovered Salko’s talent while scouting film locations in New England. Impressed with the man and his work, he introducing Salko's art to invited guests, collectors and art lovers. James Gammon and his wife, Nancy (in white) helped launch Salkos art and became major collectors of Salko originals.

 Over the years, Salko became very close friends with Gammon and his family. Sadly, James "Jim" Gammon passed away after his battle with cancer, July 2010.

 "RIP my dear friend, Jim. Miss you beyond words. Thanks for believing in me and my art, and for all the great memories. Your spirit continues to inspire me in creating. I will never forget you, brother."
